Renegotiating the contract

You can sign a new contract through the Yandex Advertising Network interface if you need to update your details or change the terms, including the following:

  • Parties to the contract:

    • When transferring ownership of the login to another person.

    • When changing the type of partnership.

  • Payment currency.

Note

If your contract with the Yandex Advertising Network hasn't been signed yet, contract renegotiation will be unavailable for your login. You can sign this contract and renegotiate it or register a new login.

To sign a new contract:

  1. Contact support with a request to renegotiate the contract via chat. In the request, provide the updated contract details: your country of registration and the type of partnership.

  2. Wait for your request to be processed. You'll receive a confirmation that you can sign a new contract on the dashboard. To open the application, click Recreate contract.

  3. Fill out the application, confirm the termination of your current contract, and agree to the offer terms.

Note that the application consists of two parts: the effective date of your new contract depends on the date you complete the second part of the application. If you complete the application:

  • 7 or more days before the end of the current month — the new contract will enter into force at the beginning of the next month.
  • Fewer than 7 days before the end of the current month — your current contract will be extended for the next month, and the new one will enter into force on the 1st of the month that follows it.
