Working with individuals and the self-employed who are residents of the Russian Federation

Individuals who are residents of Russia must accept the offer agreement to join the Yandex Advertising Network. Individuals can also work with the Yandex Advertising Network in the self-employed status. To learn more about registering as a self-employed individual, see Working with self-employed residents of the Russian Federation.

Revenue is paid in Russian rubles to the partner's bank account, YooMoney account or via the Faster Payments System (SBP). Payments to YooMoney are available only for identified users. The payment amount and settlement procedure are described in the offer agreement.

Filling out bank details and uploading document copies

Revenue payments

Individuals and the self-employed receive payments in the manner prescribed in the offer agreement. Payments are made in Russian rubles no more than once a month after reaching the threshold of 3000 rubles.

  • If you reach payout threshold within the current month, your revenue will be paid within 20 business days of the following month.
  • If you don't reach the payout threshold within the current month, your revenue will accumulate month by month until you reach it. You will then receive your payment within 20 business days of the following month.

  1. Go to Settings → Bank details in the Yandex Advertising Network interface.

  2. In the Method of withdrawing money field, select Via SBP.

  3. Specify the payee's phone number and bank. Make sure that:

    • The phone number owner is the same as the account owner in the Yandex Advertising Network.
    • The phone number is specified in Yandex ID.
    • SBP payments are enabled for the phone number.

Accounting documents

If your revenue exceeded the payout threshold within the current month, the unilateral work completion certificate will be emailed to you at the beginning of the following month. The certificate will also be available in the Yandex Advertising Network interface on the Documents page.

If you find errors in the certificate, please report them in a reply email within 10 business days from the date the certificate was created. If Yandex doesn't receive an email describing the errors in that time, the revenue amount in the document will be considered final.

The certificate is composed only if the payout threshold is reached.

Note

In the documents, the revenue amount is listed before tax.

Changing payment methods

To change the bank details for revenue payments, go to Settings → Bank details in the Yandex Advertising Network interface and update the information. You don't need to change the bank name manually: when the BIC/SWIFT is changed, the name automatically changes in the system.

If you are a Yandex Games partner and need to change your banking details, please contact support.

Taxes and fees

Yandex withholds a personal income tax of 13% from the accrued revenue, which is transferred to the budget of the Russian Federation.

The partner can receive a 2-NDFL statement on request. It indicates the months for which you received income.

Order certificate

Constraint

No other certificates are provided.

Yandex transfers the revenue amount to the partner in full and doesn't withhold any funds for tax purposes. The partner is responsible for paying the tax, which is 6% of the monetization income.

The tax is calculated automatically in the Moi Nalog app. You can also pay the tax in the app.

Benefits and allowances

Please note that participating in the Yandex Advertising Network may affect your ability to receive other types of payments (pensions, benefits, subsidies, and so on) if such payments are provided on the condition that you are unemployed. Performing duties under civil contracts, which include the contract concluded with the partner, and/or receiving income according to those contracts (regardless of the amount) may be recognized as work for the purpose of receiving the income. Before signing the contract, you should check with the organizations that provide your benefits whether those benefits still apply in cases where the partner receives income under the contract.
