Working with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are residents of the Russian Federation
Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are residents of Russia must accept the Offer Agreement to join the Yandex Advertising Network. The payment amount and settlement procedure are described in the offer agreement.
Payments are made in Russian rubles to the partner's bank account.
Filling out bank details and uploading document copies
We need your payment details and copies of the required documents in order to transfer payments. To do this, go to Settings → Bank details in the Yandex Advertising Network interface and enter your details.
Note
If the legal or mailing address of an organization is in a city of federal significance, enter only the Region when filling out the Region/Area/City/Locality section.
Before filling out payment details and accepting the Yandex Advertising Network offer, a future partner granted a test period to configure and test the ad code. For more information, see Test period.
Information required for revenue payments

Revenue payments
You'll start receiving payments only after the contract is signed by Yandex. You can track the status of your documents in the Yandex Advertising Network interface on the Extras → Documents tab.
Legal entities receive payments in the manner prescribed in the offer agreement. Payments are made in rubles no more than once a month after reaching the payout threshold of 3000 rubles.
General taxation system

If your revenue exceeded the threshold in the current month:

Within seven business days, Yandex will create and send templates for invoices, tax invoices, and work completion reports to the email address listed in the form on the Contact page. These documents will also be available in the Yandex Advertising Network interface on the Extras → Documents tab.

Read the certificate and send a response to Yandex within 10 days of the date it was issued.
If everything is correct:
- Print out the certificate in duplicate.
- Specify the invoice number.
- Sign each copy.
- Scan one copy of the report and your invoice.
- Send an electronic copy of the signed report and invoice by email. You must also send the original report and invoice by mail or courier.
If you find any errors in the documents, please describe them in a letter and send it by mail or courier. Make a photo copy of that letter and send it by email.
VAT payers can receive payments based on electronic copies of the signed documents. To do this, send copies via this form before the 12th day of the current month. Yandex will make payments provided no amount for any previous period is overdue based on original documents. The original documents must also be sent.
Note
Wait for Yandex to receive the documents before finalizing the transaction with the accounting department. If any discrepancies are found in the documents received by Yandex and the accounting department, we can't pay out the revenue. You can track delivery of original documents on the Documents page.

Yandex will sign the received copies of the certificate and return one of the signed copies to you.

The payment will be made to the bank account specified in your application within 10 business days of processing your closing documents.
If neither photocopies nor original documents have been processed before the end of the current month, the current reporting period will be merged with the next month's period. You will then receive a new set of documents for the combined period. You can track the status of your documents in the Yandex Advertising Network interface on the Extras → Documents tab.

If you don't reach the payout threshold within the current month, your revenue will accumulate month by month until you reach it. You will then receive your payment within 20 business days of the following month.

Yandex creates and emails to you an acceptance certificate within seven business days of the following month. It contains information about the payment total you will receive.

Make sure to read the certificate of services rendered. If you find any errors, please report them in a reply email within 10 business days from the date the certificate was created. If Yandex doesn't receive an email describing the errors in that time, the revenue amount in the certificate will be considered final.

The tax rate for Yandex Advertising Network partners is 6%.
For each revenue payment, self-employed individual entrepreneurs create receipts on their own in the Moi Nalog app. The tax amount payable is also calculated there.
How do I create a receipt?

Open the Moi nalog app and go to the Earnings section.

Click Add sale.

Fill out the Price field.

Fill out the Service name field. Include your contract's month, year, and number.

Changing payment methods
To change the bank details for revenue payments, go to Settings → Bank details in the Yandex Advertising Network interface and update the information. You don't need to change the bank name manually: when the BIC/SWIFT is changed, the name automatically changes in the system.

Can I use a facsimile signature for the documents?
No, Yandex doesn't accept documents with a facsimile signature.
What should I do if the taxation system changes?
Send a taxation system change notice provided by the Federal Tax Service to docs@partner.yandex.ru.
A certain sum is withheld from my payment according to a writ of execution, even though I already paid off my debt
Yandex sends information about payments withheld due to writs of execution to the Federal Bailiff Service (FBS). If you have paid off your debt but your payment is still being withheld, please contact the FBS.
I haven't received my payment
There may be several reasons for that:
- Your revenue amount has not reached the payout threshold of 3000 rubles. You can check this in Statistics in the Yandex Advertising Network interface.
- Yandex hasn't received the original copies of the required documents for the month. If you're working under the general taxation system, please check the status of your documents on the Extras → Documents tab in the Yandex Advertising Network interface.
- Yandex hasn't received the original copy of your contract or the contract hasn't been accepted. Check the contract status on the Extras → Documents tab in the Yandex Advertising Network interface.

I use the simplified taxation system. Do I need to sign a certificate of services rendered and send an invoice?
You do not need to send the certificate or invoice. If you don't report any errors in the document within 10 business days from the date it was created, your certificate is considered finalized. You will be emailed a photocopy of the act signed by Yandex no later than the 15th day of the current month.
Can I create a certificate of services rendered using my own template?
No, you must send the certificate you received from Yandex by email. If you find errors in the document, please report them in a reply email.
Do I have to send all the required documents for the month?
Yes, otherwise the documents won't be accepted. You must send the certificate of services rendered and the invoice. If you use the simplified taxation system, you do not need to provide a certificate of services rendered or the invoice.
What is the deadline for emailing copies and sending original documents for the current month?
The deadline for sending copies is specified in the email containing the certificate of services rendered (this is usually around the 12th day of every month). The original documents should be sent before the end of the month. If you don't provide the original documents, Yandex can't pay out the revenue. In that case, the unpaid amount is added to the following month's total. The following month's documents will reflect your combined payment period.
Make sure all the documents have been accepted by Yandex before planning any transactions in your accounting system. You can track the status of your documents in the Yandex Advertising Network interface on the Extras → Documents tab.
Can I just send original documents without emailing copies?
Yes.
I use the simplified taxation system. The accounting department doesn't accept my unilateral acceptance certificate.
Composing a unilateral acceptance certificate is not against Russian law. The certificate contains all the necessary details listed in Section 9 of the Federal Law "On Accounting", which means the accounting department is required to accept such document by law.
Can I change the name of the service provided in the invoice?
You can't change the terms in the documents.
