Working with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are residents of other countries

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are residents of the other countrie must accept the Offer (for Kazakhstan, Armenia and other countries) to join the Yandex Advertising Network. The renumeration and payment procedure are specified in the offer.

Filling out bank details and uploading document copies

We need your payment details and copies of the required documents in order to transfer payments. To do this, go to Settings → Bank details in the Yandex Advertising Network interface and enter your details.

Before filling out payment details and accepting the Yandex Advertising Network offer, a future partner granted a test period to configure and test the ad code. For more information, see Test period.

Information required for revenue payments
  • Organization's name and state registration certificate number.

  • Contact details of the organization's representative to contact for accounting matters.

  • Mailing address of the organization.

  • Information required for the revenue payments:

    • Payment currency.

    • Last and first name of the account owner in Latin characters.

    • SWIFT code of recipient bank.

    • Bank account number or IBAN (international bank account number).

    • Name of the bank where the account is held.

Documents required for revenue payments

Upload a scan or photo of the registration certificate or a copy of the extract from the registry (must include a translation into English). CIS residents can also send a bank certificate which lets them open an account for international transfers (must include a translation into English).

Revenue payments and reporting documents

Legal entities receive payments in the manner prescribed in the offer agreement. Payments are made in US dollars, euros, Armenian drams, or Kazakhstani tenge to the partner's bank account. Revenue is paid no more than once a month after reaching the threshold specified in the offer agreement.

You'll start receiving payments only after the offer is accepted by Yandex. You can track the status of your documents in the Yandex Advertising Network interface on the Extras → Documents tab.

The payment procedure is as follows:

  1. If you reach the payout threshold within the current month, the work completion certificate listing the accrued revenue is created and emailed to you by Yandex within seven business days of the following month. The certificate will also be available in the Yandex Advertising Network interface on the Documents page.

  2. Read the work completion certificate. If you find any errors, please report them in a reply email within 10 business days from the date the certificate was created. If Yandex doesn't receive an email describing the errors in that time, the revenue amount in the document will be considered final.

  3. Payments are made within the timeframe specified in the offer agreement.

If you don't reach the payout threshold within the current month, your revenue will accumulate month by month until you reach it. The work completion certificate is not created.

Changing payment methods

To change the bank details for revenue payments, go to Settings → Bank details in the Yandex Advertising Network interface and update the information. You don't need to change the bank name manually: when the BIC/SWIFT is changed, the name automatically changes in the system.

Taxes and fees

You have to pay all the taxes and fees stipulated by the law of your country of residence yourself.

I haven't received my payment

Your revenue may not have reached the payout threshold of 150 US dollars or 100 euros. You can check this in Statistics in the Yandex Advertising Network interface.
