Filling out bank details and uploading document copies

We need your payment details and copies of the required documents in order to transfer payments. To do this, go to Settings → Bank details in the Yandex Advertising Network interface and enter your details.

Before filling out payment details and accepting the Yandex Advertising Network offer, a future partner granted a test period to configure and test the ad code. For more information, see Test period.

Information required for revenue payments
  • Organization's name and state registration certificate number.

  • First name, last name, email, and phone number of a person to contact regarding accounting matters.

  • Mailing address of the organization.

  • Bank details and information required for the revenue payments:

    • Payment currency.

    • Name of the organization that owns the account.

    • SWIFT of the bank your account belongs to.

    • Bank account number or IBAN (international bank account number).

    • Name of the bank where the account is held.

Documents required for revenue payments

Upload a scan or photo of your registration certificate, a copy of the abstract from the registry (must include a translation into English), or a certificate from the bank that confirms you have an account for international transfers (must be in English).

Revenue payments and reporting documents

Legal entities receive payments in the manner prescribed by the offer. Payments are made in US dollars or euros to the partner's bank account. Revenue is paid no more than once a month after reaching the threshold of 150 US dollars or 100 euros.

You'll start receiving payments only after the contract is signed by Yandex. You can track the status of your documents in the Yandex Advertising Network interface on the Extras → Documents tab.

The payment procedure is as follows:

  1. If you reach the payout threshold within the current month, the work completion certificate listing the accrued revenue is created and emailed to you by Yandex within seven business days of the following month. The certificate will also be available in the Yandex Advertising Network interface on the Documents page.

  2. Read the work completion certificate. If you find any errors, please report them in a reply email within 10 business days from the date the certificate was created. If Yandex doesn't receive an email describing the errors in that time, the revenue amount in the document will be considered final.

  3. The payment will be made to the bank account specified in your application within 20 business days after the end of the current month.

If you don't reach the payout threshold within the current month, your revenue will accumulate month by month until you reach it. The work completion certificate is not created.

Changing payment methods

To change the bank details for revenue payments, go to Settings → Bank details in the Yandex Advertising Network interface and update the information. You don't need to change the bank name manually: when the BIC/SWIFT is changed, the name automatically changes in the system.

Taxes and fees

You have to pay all the taxes and fees stipulated by Ukraine law yourself.

I haven't received my payment

Your revenue may not have reached the payout threshold of 150 US dollars or 100 euros. You can check this in Statistics in the Yandex Advertising Network interface.
