Registration in the Yandex Advertising Network

Authorization

You need a Yandex ID to register in the Yandex Advertising Network. Only users aged 18 or older may register.

I have a Yandex ID

I don't have a Yandex ID

On the Yandex Advertising Network page, click Get started and enter your login and password.

If you don't have a login and password, or you don't want to join the Yandex Advertising Network using your existing login, you need to create a Yandex ID.

Recommendations for registration:

Do not use employees' personal or work accounts to register in the Yandex Advertising Network. Instead, create a fresh account for your company. This ensures you still have access to the account even if the employees responsible for it change.
Only grant account permissions to employees who are dealing with resource management, parameter setup, or contracts.

For other employees, create separate accounts and assign them as assistants. This way, you can revoke their permissions and quickly disable access if something happens.
Change the password regularly, particularly whenever there is a change in responsible employees.

Warning

We recommend registering in the Yandex Advertising Network using a fresh login which you don't use to access other services, such as Yandex Direct and Yandex Market.
Never register someone else's site (for example, your friend's or employer's) under your personal login: you won't be able to transfer ad units and revenue from your login to a different one.

Complete the application form

Go to [Yandex Advertising Network] and click Get started. The partner form will open.
In the form, specify your country of residence.
In the Type of partnership field, specify your status as a Yandex partner:
- Legal entity (business)
- Self-employed
- Individual entrepreneur (self-employed)
Note

To change your partnership type after registration, sign a new contract following the instructions.
Select the payment currency (not available for residents of Russia or legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of Belarus).
Fill in the fields with personal data and contact information.
If you are registering as a legal entity or individual entrepreneur of Russia or Belarus, specify your taxation system.
Select what you want to monetize: site, app, or both.
Review the Yandex Advertising Network Terms of Offer and consent to the processing and storage of your personal data.
Click Register.

You'll be granted access to the Yandex Advertising Network interface after submitting the registration application.

Note

If there is a dot (.) in your Yandex ID login, it will be displayed as - in the Yandex Advertising Network interface. This will not affect your work with the interface. You can continue using the same login to access Yandex Advertising Network and other Yandex services.

Make sure to specify your payment details and upload electronic copies of documents to get paid for ad impressions. To do this, open the Yandex Advertising Network interface and go to Settings → Payout.

Required documents

If you're a self-employed individual, submit the following documents when providing your details:

A photo or scan of your passport page showing your personal details and date of issue.
A photo or scan of your passport page with your permanent registered address.
A photo of yourself holding your open passport (for identity verification).
A photo or scan of your INN (TIN) certificate and SNILS card.
