# Yandex Mediation statistics

To build a Yandex Mediation report:
1. In the Yandex Advertising Network interface, go to the [Statistics](https://partner.yandex.com/v2/statistics/reports/) tab.
1. Change the statistics level: instead of **YAN**, select **Mobile Mediation** in the drop-down list to the left.
1. Create a report based on a template or create a new report from scratch by following the [instructions](https://ads.yandex.com/helpcenter/en/monetization/statistics/reports.md).

## Data sources for the report {#data-source}
Yandex Mediation reports provide two types of data: data from the Yandex Advertising Network and data from external ad networks.

### Yandex Advertising Network data {#yan}

Only data from the Yandex Advertising Network is used for the report. In this context, statistics on external ad networks are approximate, and the actual revenue may differ from the estimated values in the Yandex Advertising Network reports.
- Revenue from networks that use [Smart Waterfall](https://ads.yandex.com/helpcenter/en/monetization/yandex-mediation/types.md#smart-waterfall) is calculated based on the CPM floors you specified during setup.
- For networks that use [In-App Bidding](https://ads.yandex.com/helpcenter/en/monetization/yandex-mediation/types.md#in-app-bidding), statistics differ due to calculation algorithms.

Metrics based on this data are labeled as **estimated value** in reports.

### Data from external ad networks {#external}
To build the report, data from your account in an external ad network is used. To collect statistics from your external ad network:

## Metrics in Yandex Mediation {#metrics}

To analyze your revenue from Yandex Mediation, use these metrics:

#|
|| **Metric** | **Description** ||
|| **Requests** | The number of requests for available ads sent to ad networks. ||
|| **Served impressions** | The number of times when the ads selected by ad networks were served. ||
|| **Viewable impressions** | Impressions that passed the viewability check and were counted: at least one pixel of the ad unit was in the viewable area of the screen. ||
|| **Click** | The number of clicks on ad units. ||
|| **Estimated revenue** | Total revenue from the Yandex Advertising Network and estimated revenue from external ad networks. Revenue earned through external ad networks in other currencies is converted to rubles. ||
|| **Estimated revenue (RUB sources)** | Revenue from serving ad units with bids, from the Yandex Advertising Network and external ad networks, in rubles. You can specify the currency of the external ad network when you [set up Yandex Mediation](https://ads.yandex.com/helpcenter/en/monetization/yandex-mediation/setup.md). Inclusion of VAT in revenue is subject to your agreement with the advertising network. ||
|| **Estimated revenue (USD sources)** | Revenue from serving ad units with bids, from the Yandex Advertising Network and external ad networks, in US dollars. You can specify the currency of the external ad network when you [set up Yandex Mediation](https://ads.yandex.com/helpcenter/en/monetization/yandex-mediation/setup.md). Inclusion of VAT in revenue is subject to your agreement with the advertising network. ||
|| **Estimated revenue (EUR sources)** | Revenue from serving ad units with bids, from the Yandex Advertising Network and external ad networks, in euros. You can specify the currency of the external ad network when you [set up Yandex Mediation](https://ads.yandex.com/helpcenter/en/monetization/yandex-mediation/setup.md). Inclusion of VAT in revenue is subject to your agreement with the advertising network. ||
|| **eCPM** | Cost of one thousand ad unit impressions in which at least one pixel of the ad unit was in the viewable area of the screen. ||
|| **Income in the advertising network currency** | The revenue from the selected ad network in the currency specified when [connecting](https://ads.yandex.com/helpcenter/en/monetization/yandex-mediation/setup.md) this network to the ad unit. ||
|| **Show rate** | The percentage ratio of impressions where at least one pixel of the ad unit was in the viewable area of the screen to served impressions. ||
|| **Fill rate** | The percentage ratio of served impressions to requests. ||
|| **CTR** | The ratio of ad unit clicks to its impressions. ||
|#

All conversions are carried out at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as of the time of the event.

The metrics are divided into groups based on the type of data source and are labeled as follows:

- **estimated value**: Metrics that derive their values from the following Yandex Advertising Network data:

    - CPM floors that are set for networks connected using the [Smart Waterfall](https://ads.yandex.com/helpcenter/en/monetization/yandex-mediation/types.md#smart-waterfall) model.
    - Auction bids for networks connected using [In-App Bidding](https://ads.yandex.com/helpcenter/en/monetization/yandex-mediation/types.md#in-app-bidding).

- **based on ad network data**: Metrics that derive their values from the statistics API of external ad networks.

  {% note info %}

  To ensure the data is displayed correctly, use one external ad network slot per ad unit in Mobile Mediation.

  If a parameter is unavailable in the ad network's statistics API, the report shows a zero value.

  {% endnote %}

The values of unlabeled metrics are derived from data obtained from the best source. If you connect external ad network tokens, the service uses data from the ad network's statistics API. If not, estimated data from the Yandex Advertising Network is used instead.
