Notifications in Telegram

You can set up notifications in Telegram about revenue and key statistics metrics. A special Yandex Advertising Network bot can inform you of:

• Remuneration statistics:

  • Your current revenue (according to data from the revenue widget).
  • Remuneration payments.

• Site statistics:

  • Key metrics of sites for the selected period.
  • Major changes in statistics. A major change is a deviation of the key metrics by 40% or more compared to the previous week.

To enable notifications:

1. In the Yandex Advertising Network interface, go to  Settings → Main.

2. In the Mailing lists section, enable Telegram notifications. A window with notification settings will open.

   How it looks in the interface

3. Link your Telegram account to your Yandex Advertising Network username:

   1. Click Log in with Telegram.
   2. In the window that opens, enter your phone number. Telegram will send you a message with a request for authorization in partner.yandex.ru. Click Accept.
   3. Allow the Yandex Advertising Network Statistics (@YANStatisticsBot) bot to send you messages in Telegram.

   You can use one Telegram account for multiple usernames in the Yandex Advertising Network.

4. Turn on notifications:

   Remuneration statistics

   Site statistics

   Notifications will contain data from the revenue widget: revenue for the current calendar month, revenue for yesterday, and your balance (earnings accumulated on the last day of last month payable if the payment threshold is reached).

   Set notification frequency:

   • Once a day.
   • 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
   • Once a week (starting Monday of the following week).
   • Once a month (starting the 1st day of the following month).

   You can also enable notifications about revenue payments: on the day of payment, you'll receive a message specifying the payment amount and your current balance.

   Note

   Remuneration statistics are available only to resource owners. Users with the Partner's assistant role can enable the option, but revenue for resources that they don't own will always be zero in notifications.

   • Customize notification content:
     • About site statistics: Regular messages with statistics on selected sites.
     • Only about significant changes: Only receive a notification if there are sharp fluctuations in statistical metrics (40% or more compared to the previous week).
     • About site statistics and significant changes: Regular messages with statistics on selected sites and additional notifications about sharp fluctuations in metrics (if any).
   • Select the resources (max 10) you want to get statistics for.
   • Specify the report period:
     • For the past day (yesterday).
     • For the last 3 days (not including today).
     • For the past week (Monday through Sunday).
     • For the past month.
   • Set notification frequency:
     • Once a day.
     • 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
     • Once a week (starting Monday of the following week).
     • Once a month (starting the 1st day of the following month).
   • Select site metrics you want to see in notifications:
     • Requests.
     • Impressions.
     • Fill rate.
     • Show rate (viewable).
     • CPMV.
     • Revenue (total, for all sites).

5. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

6. You can also add the bot to a group with other Telegram users so that notifications are sent both to the group and personally to the user whose account is linked to the Yandex Advertising Network.

   Warning

   First, link your Telegram account to your Yandex Advertising Network username and only then add the bot to the group.

   How notifications are sent to the group:

   • If multiple Yandex Advertising Network usernames are linked to one Telegram account, notifications are sent to the group for all them.
   • If there are other partners of the Yandex Advertising Network in the group, notifications are sent for the usernames of the partner that added the bot to the group.

Disable notificationsDisable notifications

To cancel a subscription, click Unsubscribe in the notification settings. You'll no longer receive notifications to the linked account.

To completely remove your Telegram account from the Yandex Advertising Network:

1. Open Telegram settings.
2. Select Privacy and Security.
3. Click Logged In with Telegram.
4. Find the Yandex Advertising Network Statistics (@YANStatisticsBot) bot and click Disconnect.
