You can set up Telegram notifications about revenue and key statistics metrics. A special Yandex Advertising Network bot can inform you of:

- Revenue statistics:
    - Your current revenue (based on [revenue widget](https://ads.yandex.com/helpcenter/en/monetization/statistics/dashboard.md#revenue) data).
    - Revenue payments.

- Statistics by resource:
    - Key resource metrics over a certain period.
    - Major changes in statistics. A major change is a deviation of at least 40% in a key metric compared to the previous week.

## Enable notifications {#on}

{% note alert %}

To receive notifications, your Telegram account must have a username.

If you don't have a username, specify it in the **Username** field in the Telegram account settings before enabling notifications.

If you previously linked a Telegram account without a username to the Yandex Advertising Network, we recommend that you [disable notifications](https://ads.yandex.com/helpcenter/en/monetization/statistics/notifications.md#off), add a username, and then re-link your account.

{% endnote %}

To enable notifications:

1. In the Yandex Advertising Network interface, go to ![](../../_images/common/controls-settings.png) **Settings** → **General**.
1. In the **Mailing lists** section, enable **Telegram notifications**. A window with notification settings will open.

	{% cut "How it looks in the interface" %}

	![](../../_images/common/notifications.png =700x)

	{% endcut %}

1. Link your Telegram account to your Yandex Advertising Network username:
    1. Click **Log in with Telegram**.
    1. In the window that opens, enter your phone number. Telegram will send you a message with a request for authorization in partner.yandex.ru. Press **Accept**.
    1. Allow the **Yandex Advertising Network Statistics (@YANStatisticsBot)** bot to message you on Telegram.

	You can use the same Telegram account for multiple Yandex Advertising Network logins.

1. Enable notifications:

    {% list tabs %}

    - Revenue statistics

       Notifications will contain data from the [revenue widget](https://ads.yandex.com/helpcenter/en/monetization/statistics/dashboard.md#revenue): revenue for the current calendar month, revenue for yesterday, and your balance (earnings accumulated on the last day of last month payable if the payment floor is reached).

       Set notification frequency:
	   * Once a day.
       * Three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
       * Once a week (starting Monday of the following week).
       * Once a month (starting the 1st day of the following month).

       You can also enable payout notifications: on the day of payment, you'll receive a message specifying the payment amount and your current balance.

	   {% note info %}

	   Revenue statistics are available only to resource owners. Users with the **Partner's assistant** role can enable this option. However, the revenue displayed in notifications for resources they do not own will always be zero.

	   {% endnote %}

    - Statistics by resource

       * Customize notification content:
         * **Statistics by site**: Regular messages with statistics on selected placements.
         * **Major changes**: Only receive notifications if there are sharp fluctuations in metrics (40% or more compared to the same metric from the previous week).
         * **About site statistics and significant changes**: Regular messages with statistics on selected resources and additional notifications about sharp fluctuations in metrics (if any).

       * Select up to 10 resources you want to get statistics for.

       * Specify the report period:
	   	 * For one day (yesterday).
         * For the last three days (not including today).
         * For the past week (Monday through Sunday).
         * For the past month.

       * Set notification frequency:
	     * Once a day.
         * Three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
         * Once a week (starting Monday of the following week).
         * Once a month (starting the 1st day of the following month).

       * Select resource [metrics](https://ads.yandex.com/helpcenter/en/monetization/statistics/metrics.md) you want to see in notifications:
         * Requests.
         * [Viewable impressions / Impressions](*fraction).
         * Fill rate.
         * [Show rate (viewable) / Show rate](*fraction).
         * [CPMV / eCPM](*fraction).
         * Revenue (total, for all resources).

    {% endlist %}

1. Click **Save** at the bottom of the page.
1. You can also add the bot to a Telegram group with other users, and it will send notifications both to the group and directly to the user whose account is linked to the Yandex Advertising Network.

	{% note warning %}

	First, link your Telegram account to your Yandex Advertising Network login, then add the bot to the group.

	{% endnote %}

	Group notifications are sent as follows:
	* If multiple Yandex Advertising Network logins are linked to the same Telegram account, the group receives notifications for all linked logins.
	* If the group includes other Yandex Advertising Network partners, notifications are sent for the logins of the partner who added the bot to the group.

## Disable notifications {#off}

To disable notifications, press **Unsubscribe** in the notification settings. You'll no longer receive notifications to the linked account.

To completely remove your Telegram account from the Yandex Advertising Network:

1. Open Telegram settings.
1. Select **Privacy and Security**.
1. Click **Logged In with Telegram**.
1. Find the **Yandex Advertising Network Statistics (@YANStatisticsBot)** bot and press **Disconnect**.

{% note info %}

To remove the bot from a Telegram group, the group administrator needs to send the `/remove-groups` command to the bot.
