Updating contract details
You can sign a new contract through the Yandex Advertising Network interface if you need to update your details or change the terms, including the following:

Contracting parties:

When you transfer your account to another user.

When you change your entity type.

Payout currency.
Note
If you haven't signed the current contract with the Yandex Advertising Network yet, the option to sign a new one won't be available for your account. You can either sign the current contract and update it later, or create a new account.
If the option to sign a new contract is available for your account, you can do this manually in the Yandex Advertising Network interface:
- Go to Documents.
- Under your current contract, click Sign new contract.
- Read the instructions and confirm that you want to sign a new contract.
- Fill out the form, confirm the termination of your current contract, and accept the offer terms.
Please note that the form consists of two parts. The date you submit the second part of the form affects when your new contract takes effect. If you complete the form when there are:
- 7 or more days left in the current month: The new contract takes effect starting the next month.
- Less than 7 days left in the current month: Your active contract is extended for another month, and your new contract takes effect a month later (on the 1st).
You can close the form and come back to it later. You will see a notification on your dashboard so you can pick up where you left off at any time.
You can view the details of your new contract and the termination date of your previous one in Documents.
Warning
The discount on the paid Adfox plan applies only when you're using the same INN (TIN) in both the Yandex Advertising Network and Adfox. If you change your INN (TIN) in the Yandex Advertising Network, the discount may be canceled.
