Registration in the Yandex Advertising Network
An error occurs when I submit the form
Make sure the form is filled in correctly:

Your full name as specified in your passport or legal ID. Non-residents of the Russian Federation should indicate their last name, first name, and middle name using the Latin alphabet.

Make sure that the Date of birth, Email, and Phone fields have data entered in the correct format.
If you entered the data correctly but still can't submit the form, contact support.
If there was a mistake, correct it and try submitting the form again.
Filling out payment details
I can't enter my address
Enter any available address and send the form. Report this to support. Provide the correct address in your message.
What's the difference between a representative and a contact person?
A representative signs a contract with you. A contact person is the one you communicate with regarding accounting issues.
Where do I find my payment details?
- You can find the SWIFT code (unique bank ID) in your bank account details.
- To get your IBAN (international bank account number), contact the bank.
Where can I find my contract and financial documents?
You can find the contract number, payment details, and financial documents in the Yandex Advertising Network interface. To find them, go to Extras → Documents in the side menu.
Individuals who are residents of the Russian Federation
I can't add a YooMoney account
Only verified users can make settlements with YooMoney.
Where do I find my INN?
The INN is the taxpayer identification number. To get the INN certificate, contact your local tax inspectorate.
Individuals can also find their INN at service.nalog.ru.
Where do I find my SNILS?
SNILS is the individual insurance account number of a Russian citizen in the mandatory pension insurance system. To get the certificate, contact your local pension fund.
Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are residents of the Russian Federation
Can I use a facsimile signature for the documents?
No, Yandex doesn't accept documents with a facsimile signature.
What should I do if the taxation system changes?
Send a taxation system change notice given by the Federal Tax Service to docs@partner.yandex.ru.
A certain sum is withheld from my remuneration according to a writ of execution, even though I already paid off my debt
Yandex sends information about payments withheld due to writs of execution to the Federal Bailiff Service (FBS). If you have paid off your debt but your remuneration is still being withheld, please contact the FBS.
I haven't received my remuneration
There may be several reasons for that:

Your remuneration amount has not reached the payment threshold of 3000 rubles. You can check this in Statistics in the Yandex Advertising Network interface.

Yandex hasn't received the original copies of the required documents for the month. If you use the general taxation system, check the status of your documents on the Extras → Documents tab in the Yandex Advertising Network interface.

Yandex hasn't received the original copy of your contract or the contract hasn't been accepted. Check the contract status on the Extras → Documents tab in the Yandex Advertising Network interface.
If your reason isn't listed above, contact us.
I use the simplified taxation system. Do I need to sign a certificate of services rendered and send an invoice?
You do not need to send the certificate and invoice. If you haven't reported any mistakes in the certificate within 10 business days from the date it was created, it is automatically considered finalized. You will get an email with a copy of the certificate signed by Yandex no later than the 15th day of the current month.
Can I create a certificate of services rendered using my own template?
No, you must send the certificate you received from Yandex by email. If you found any mistakes in the document, please specify them in your response email.
Do I have to send all the required documents for the month?
Yes, otherwise the documents won't be accepted. You must send the certificate of services rendered and the invoice. If you use the simplified taxation system, you do not need to provide a certificate of services rendered or the invoice.
What is the deadline for emailing copies and sending original documents for the current month?
You can find the deadline for emailing copies in the email with the certificate of services rendered (usually it's the 12th day of every month). The original documents should be sent before the end of the month. If you don't provide the original documents, Yandex can't pay the remuneration. In that case, the unpaid remuneration is added to the following month's total and the following month's documents will reflect your combined payment period.
Make sure all the documents have been accepted by Yandex before planning any transactions in your accounting system. You can track the statuses of your documents on the Extras → Documents tab in the Yandex Advertising Network interface.
Can I just send original documents without emailing copies?
Yes.
I use the simplified taxation system. The accounting department doesn't accept my unilateral acceptance certificate.
Composing a unilateral acceptance certificate is not against the Russian law. The certificate contains all the necessary details listed in Section 9 of the Federal Law "On Accounting", which means the accounting department is required to accept this document by law.
Can I change the name of the service provided in the invoice?
You can't change the terms in the documents.
Residents of other countries
I haven't received my remuneration
Perhaps your remuneration amount has not reached the payment threshold, which is 150 US dollars or 100 euros. You can check this in Statistics in the Yandex Advertising Network interface.
