Registration in the Yandex Advertising Network
An error occurs when I submit the form
Make sure the form is filled in correctly:

Your full name as specified in your passport or legal ID. Non-residents of the Russian Federation should indicate their last name, first name, and middle name using the Latin alphabet.

Make sure that the Date of birth, Email, and Phone fields have data entered in the correct format.
If you entered the data correctly but still can't submit the form, contact support.
If there was a mistake, correct it and try submitting the form again.
Filling out payment details
I can't enter my address
Enter any available address and send the form. Report this to support. Provide the correct address in your message.
What's the difference between a representative and a contact person?
A representative signs a contract with you. A contact person is the one you communicate with regarding accounting issues.
Where do I find my payment details?
- You can find the SWIFT code (unique bank ID) in your bank account details.
- To get your IBAN (international bank account number), contact the bank.
Where can I find my contract and financial documents?
You can find the contract number, payment details, and financial documents in the Yandex Advertising Network interface. To find them, go to Extras → Documents in the side menu.
Individuals who are residents of the Russian Federation
I can't add a YooMoney account
Payments via YooMoney are only available to identified users.
Where can I learn my INN (TIN)?
The INN is the taxpayer identification number. To obtain your taxpayer ID certificate, contact the local tax inspection office for your address of residence.
Individuals can find their INN on the website service.nalog.ru
How do I learn my SNILS?
The SNILS is the number of the individual personal account of a citizen in the mandatory social security system. To obtain your certificate, contact the social security office (pension fund) for your address of residence.
Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are residents of the Russian Federation
Can I use a facsimile signature for the documents?
No, Yandex doesn't accept documents with a facsimile signature.
What should I do if I changed my taxation system?
Please send a digital copy of the Federal Tax Service's notice confirming your transition to the new taxation system to our support team.
A certain amount is withheld from my remuneration according to a writ of execution even though I already paid off my debt
Yandex submits information regarding funds withheld under writs of execution to the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP). If your debt has been paid in full but deductions are still being made, please contact the FSSP.
I haven't received my remuneration
There may be several reasons for that:

Your remuneration hasn't reached the payout threshold of 3000 rubles. You can check this in the Yandex Advertising Network interface under Statistics.

Yandex hasn't received the original closing documents for the month. If you operate under the general taxation system, check the status of your documents on the Extras → Documents tab of the Yandex Advertising Network interface.

Yandex hasn't received the original contract, or the contract wasn't accepted. Check the contract status under Extras → Documents in the Yandex Advertising Network interface.

I use the simplified taxation system. Do I need to sign the certificate of services rendered and send you the VAT invoice?
You need to submit the certificate of services rendered and a VAT invoice if you operate under the simplified taxation system with VAT. Partners who operate under the simplified taxation system without VAT don't need to provide closing documents.
If you don't report errors within 10 business days of the date it was issued, the certificate of services rendered is deemed accepted. You will receive a digital copy of the certificate signed by Yandex via email no later than the 15th of the current month.
Can I create a certificate of services rendered using my own template?
No. You need to submit the certificate of services rendered that you received from Yandex by email. If there are any errors, please report them in your reply.
Can I submit only some of the required documents for the month?
No. Please submit all the required documents; otherwise, they won't be accepted. The required documents include a certificate of services rendered and a VAT invoice. If you operate under the simplified taxation system without VAT, you don't need to provide closing documents.
What is the deadline for submitting digital and original documents for the current month?
The deadline for submitting digital and original documents is specified in the email containing the certificate of services rendered (typically around the 12th of each month). You can submit the original documents until the end of the month. Yandex can't issue payouts without the original documents. If you don't submit the original documents, the amount will be added to your remuneration for the following month, and you will receive documents for the combined period.
Make sure all the documents are marked as accepted in Yandex before recording the remuneration amount in your accounting system. You can track the status of your documents under Extras → Documents in the Yandex Advertising Network interface.
Can I send you the original documents without emailing you the digital copies?
Yes.
I use the simplified taxation system. The accounting department doesn't accept my unilateral certificate of services rendered.
Issuing a unilateral certificate of services rendered under a contract is fully compliant with the Russian law. Such certificate contains all the required details listed in Section 9 of the Federal Law “On Accounting”, which means the accounting department is required by law to accept such a document.
Can I change the name of the service specified in the VAT invoice?
No, you can't change the wording in the documents.
Residents of other countries
I haven't received my payment
Your revenue may not have reached the payout threshold of 150 US dollars or 100 euros. You can check this in Statistics in the Yandex Advertising Network interface in the Yandex Advertising Network.
