# 终止合同

合同可以终止。在这种情况下，对接到 Yandex Advertising Network 的应用中的广告展示将会停止。合同终止后，您将不再从应用中的广告获得收入。

  只有当 Yandex Advertising Network 和 Adfox 账户中的税号 (TIN) 一致时，才能享受 Adfox 付费定价计划的折扣。如果 Yandex Advertising Network 中的税号发生变更，折扣可能会被取消。
  
  新合同的签订时间不得早于旧合同终止后一天。
