每个应用均经过我们的审核员 [检查](https://ads.yandex.com/helpcenter/zh/payments/app-moderation.md)，以确保符合 [Yandex Advertising Network 的参与规则](https://yandex.ru/legal/partner/?lang=en)。

您可以在创建应用后立即创建和放置广告单元，但只有在您完成 [验证](https://ads.yandex.com/helpcenter/zh/monetization/app/add.md#verify-app) 并成功通过 [审核](https://ads.yandex.com/helpcenter/zh/monetization/app/add.md#moderation) 后，展示才会开始。

Yandex Advertising Network 规则禁止以下行为：

- 人为夸大展示次数和点击次数。
- 诱导用户点击广告单元。
- 编辑所显示广告的内容（包括更改链接或配置重定向）。
- 影响广告展示。
- 承诺以实际金钱或物品作为奖励，激励用户观看广告或使用应用。
- 广告投放不得遮挡或覆盖应用内容。唯一例外为 [信息流](https://ads.yandex.com/helpcenter/zh/monetization/ad-unit/feed.md) 格式。

Yandex 会持续监控合作伙伴资源，确保遵守规则。如果应用违反规则，将被移除出 Yandex Advertising Network，并永久封锁合作伙伴账户。
